It was a beautiful day outside, so I chose to train outside. Tire switches, sledge hammer swings, various jumps, prowler pushes and tire flips.
This is a great exercise for the chest, shoulders and triceps.
Here are some clips from today's workout. Started with sumo deadlift 225x35 reps. Then included some barbell military press and some pullup variations. We started a Men's Only Workout Group, The HIIT Squad on Wednesdays at 12:30. Call 812-437-2378 if you are interested in more details.
